Description

The Mitchels Trimmer is a double-ended instrument and used for trimming and shaping soft tissue. It is mostly used during plastic, reconstructive, periodontal, oral, and dermatologic procedures. The slim profile makes it easier to work around smaller areas where careful tissue removal and contouring are needed.

The instrument has two curved trimming blades, with each end providing a different working surface. The blades can be used to remove small amounts of tissue. Also, these can refine edges and make adjustments to the shape of the treated area. Having both ends on the same instrument also means the user can change the working angle simply by turning it over.
