Description

Kilner Alar Retractor is a small instrument used to hold the nasal ala away during rhinoplasty and other nasal procedures. It measures 85 mm (8.5 cm) in length, so it fits easily into the small working area around the nostril. The short size also makes it easy to position and adjust by hand during a procedure.
