Description

The Endoforehead Elevator is used during endoscopic forehead and brow lift procedures to lift and separate the forehead tissues during development of the surgical plane. It measures 24 cm / 9½” and has a half-curved 7 mm wide working end. The curved profile gives the tip a useful angle when working through a small forehead incision.

The working end is smooth and rounded, making it suitable for lifting tissue rather than cutting it. Its half-curved shape also lets the surgeon approach the tissue at an angle while keeping the handle back from the operative area.

At 24 cm / 9½” long, the elevator provides enough reach for endoscopic forehead work without being excessively long. The 7 mm width gives the working end a relatively narrow profile for working around the forehead and scalp.

This type of elevator is used as part of endoscopic brow and forehead lift surgery, where the forehead tissues are mobilized before being repositioned. It can be used after the initial dissection to help elevate the tissue from the underlying plane.
