Description

The DeBakey Multi-Purpose Clamp – Angled 90° has curved shanks and jaws that bend at a right angle. Fine serrations run along the inner gripping surfaces. This shape gives the clamp a different working profile from the straight and less sharply angled patterns in the range.

Two lengths are available: 18 cm (7″) Short and 21.5 cm (8½”) Long. Both have the same 90° jaw angle, but the longer version provides additional reach. The shorter pattern has a more compact profile for situations where a longer instrument may not be needed.

The jaws extend forward before turning sharply at the tip. Their narrow surfaces have fine serrations along the inside, while the shanks curve back towards the central joint. This combination of curved shanks and a right-angle bend gives the instrument its distinctive shape.

The handles have two oval finger rings and a ratchet lock near the joint. The rings allow the clamp to be opened and closed by hand, while the lock holds the jaws closed until released. Both lengths follow the same handle design, with the main difference being the overall reach of the instrument.

The clamp is made from surgical stainless steel and can be reused after proper cleaning and sterilization. Each instrument undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. Our quality inspection team checks the construction, surface finish, and overall workmanship before the clamp is packed for delivery.

The DeBakey Multi-Purpose Clamp – Angled 90° is available in 18 cm and 21.5 cm lengths. Both versions feature curved shanks, right-angle jaws, fine serrations, oval finger rings, and a ratchet lock. The short and long options provide a choice of working length while retaining the same basic design.
