Description

Super Fine Straight Adventitia Scissors are used for fine dissection around blood vessels. They have short straight blades, pointed tips, and a flat spring handle. The scissors measure 15 cm (6″) overall. Their working end is small and narrow, with the blades measuring 14 mm.

The blades run straight from the joint to the front and end in fine pointed tips. Their short length leaves a small cutting area at the end of the scissors. The tips can be placed at the edge of the adventitia before the blades are closed. The narrow blades also leave the area around the vessel easy to see.

The handle is flat and works with a spring mechanism. There are no finger rings on this pattern. The two sides of the handle are pressed together to close the blades and open again when released. The straight blades remain in line with the handle, giving the scissors a simple and narrow working shape.

These scissors are used for adventitial dissection and vessel preparation, especially where the tissue being removed is thin. They can be used during microvascular work under magnification. The pointed tips allow the operator to start at a small section of tissue, while the short 14 mm blades keep the cutting part close to the tips.

The scissors are made from surgical stainless steel with a smooth metal surface. The short blades and pointed tips are finished carefully, and the spring handle is checked for smooth movement.
