The instrument features opposing 4 × 5 blunt prongs that provide secure tissue engagement while minimizing trauma to surrounding structures. The standard pattern incorporates prongs measuring 50 mm in depth and 23 mm in width, while the deep-prong version offers an increased prong depth of 70 mm for enhanced access within deeper operative sites.
